It is the mission of The Wildlife Center to educate effectively the public on the importance of wildlife in the environment. To fulfill this mission, The Center uses 25 non-releasable educational birds and mammals as visual aids in theme-based programs that describe the work of The Center, each animal's place in the New Mexico ecosystem, and the habitat stewardship opportunities open to us all.

The Center presents over 120 educational programs and over 400 public tours each year at the Center and throughout northern New Mexico.

Educational Experiences Offered for a Modest Fee Include:
Group tours of our 25 non-releasable education animals.
